Ingredients

Borghol (fine cracked wheat)

kammouneh

grinded raw meat 

water to wet the borghol

pinch of salt to taste

👉 Kammouneh: fine cracked wheat blended with mint, chilli, white onions, marjoram and cumin seeds

How to make

Mix borghol and kammouneh with water and salt, then wait for a minute until the mixture gets soft

Add meat

enjoy!
